Stainless Steel Plain Weave Mesh
Stainless Steel Plain Weave Mesh
Stainless steel woven wire mesh can be
used in filtering liquid gas and pulp. The opening can be square
,rectangular or special opening. Normally, this kind of wire mesh has
standard opening sizes, uniform opening ,good permeability and high
strength. The raw materials should be chosen according to different
environment of applications.

Mesh roll width: Max 6000mm
Mesh roll length: standard rolls size or customer request.
As
a highly-accomplished wire mesh exporter, Kingdelong was established
jointly by China and South Korea in 1986, Our strategic location in
Anping County,Hebei province is only 300KM away from Beijing and
Tianjin, which offers us very competitive advantages both in trade and
logistics. Through two decades of hard work, Kingdelong company had
evolved into one of China`s largest wire mesh manufacturing
companies,Covering an area of over 200,000㎡, certificated by ISO 9001
& ISO 14001,as well as more than 450 diversified production
machines, which are either imported from foreign countries or developed

What is smooth blasting?
Smooth blasting is to drill a row of (circle) dense blastholes on the contour or excavation edge so that the resistance line is larger than the hole spacing. When blasting, a rupture zone is formed along the blasthole line to obtain a flat rupture surface. Generally, smooth blasting is initiated once after the main blast hole is blasted or after cleaning. After smooth blasting, the forming is regular, not over-excavating, meeting the design requirements, the new slope is not damaged, and the stability of the step is guaranteed.
The smooth blasting mostly uses uncoupled charge. The open blast and underground mines use this blasting method in the field work. The schematic diagram of the typical scheme is shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2.
Figure 1 Typical plan for smooth blasting in open pit mines,
Fig.2 Schematic diagram of the arrangement and detonation sequence of the smooth blasting hole in the underground roadway
The charge of each blasthole in rows 1, 2, and 3 is 108kg, 90kg, and 72kg, respectively.
It is necessary to explain that the smooth blasting construction process must be strictly in accordance with the design requirements to ensure the blasting effect.
