However, Shanghai Volkswagen's sales target is 100,000 lower than that of FAW-Volkswagen, so the current sales task rate is as high as 93.03%, ahead of rivals.

According to statistics, FAW-Volkswagen achieved sales of 1,495,400 vehicles in the first 10 months of this year, and completed 7.9 million annual sales targets of 87.94%. FAW-Volkswagen Audi sold a total of 500,000 units in sales in November, surpassing 2013 full-year sales, fully demonstrating the strong system capability of FAW-Volkswagen and the leading strength of Audi brand; Shanghai Volkswagen also accumulated sales in November. Breakthrough 1.58 million vehicles, more than one and a half months ahead of last year's total sales.

From January to November this year, Shanghai GM's sales in China increased by 9.6% year-on-year to 15,18,844 units. Ford Motor's total sales in China this year have exceeded the one million mark, and sales in January-November reached 1007425, a 20% increase from 840,975 units in the same period in 2013. Ford Motor Co., a joint venture of passenger vehicles in China, has accumulated sales of 729,711 units from January to November this year, an increase of 20% from 608,853 units sold in the same period of last year and a sales target of less than 70,000 from the annual sales of 790,000 units. Chang'an Ford's November sales were 69,145. As long as the steady growth in December, there is no suspense to complete the annual sales target.

Japanese car companies competing for impulse

It is reported that Toyota's sales in China in September increased by 26.1% year-on-year, and its sales in October increased by 27.1% year-on-year. In November, it still maintained an upward trend. In the first 11 months of this year, Toyota’s cumulative sales in China were 970,400 units, a year-on-year increase of 12.2%. Toyota plans to sell 1.1 million cars in China this year. If this goal is achieved, it will be Toyota’s annual sales volume in China surpassing 1 million for the first time.

Honda Motors sold 72,973 vehicles in November, and accumulated sales of 646,127 vehicles this year. Among them, Guangzhou Automobile Honda sales in November were 50,462 units, compared with 47086 units in the same period of last year, an increase of 7.2% year-on-year, setting a record high in November.

In November, Mazda sold 2,032 automobiles in the Chinese market, which was a 2.1% year-on-year decrease from the same period of last year. Accumulated sales this year were 189,211 units. Among them, the sales of FAW Mazda in November were 90,686, and that of Changan Mazda was 10,964, a year-on-year increase of 40% year-on-year.

From November's data, Nissan had the highest sales rate of 86.6%, followed by Mazda's 86%, Toyota 82.5%, and Honda only 80.8%. It is worth noting that Nissan, Honda, and Toyota's FAW Toyota have all lowered their sales targets in China this year. According to the current development momentum, Mazda and Nissan have little problem in completing their annual sales. Toyota's momentum in the last month's impulse also hopes to achieve its annual sales target.
