So far, the unique hydrochloric acid phase method CPE has produced 170,000 tons/year of production capacity in the new plant area of ​​Yaxing Industrial Park, and has continued to maintain and consolidate Yaxing's leading position in the global CPE industry.

At present, most of the domestic use of water phase method and other processes to produce CPE, Yaxing three sets of CPE devices are using advanced hydrochloric acid phase technology, and through years of innovation and development, to achieve the CPE in a high concentration of hydrochloric acid solution, cleaning and direct drying , The neutralization process was carried out to make the product free from salt, with higher purity and whiteness, and byproduct hydrochloric acid can be recycled without waste acid emission.

Advanced technology allows Yaxing CPE products to have better elasticity, rubber feel, giving the product a fine and smooth appearance, especially suitable for high-end applications such as plastics and rubber.
