Sutong Shipping successfully delivered 600 segments of wind power towers

In the second half of 2011 , the NSS (Sutong Shipping) wind power equipment sector showed a full-scale explosive growth, with China Shipbuilding Chengxi, Nantong Hantong, Shenshan Wind Power, Dalian East. Construction, China Aviation Hongbo and other domestic leading wind power tower providers cooperate, has formed five production bases in Jiangyin, Yangzhong, Shenshan, Dalian, Inner Mongolia, the products are divided into onshore wind power and offshore wind power equipment, in the United States, Brazil, Europe The main international order is combined with the domestic orders of Guodian, Longyuan and Huadian. NSS contracted 16 wind power tower production lines by OEM , making NSS the largest and most advanced wind power tower in China. For barrel manufacturing OEMs , it is estimated that the output of towers in 2011 ( 2011/2--2012/1 ) is expected to reach 850 segments, totaling more than 40,000 tons, calculated by a 3- story tower to form a set of wind power towers. It is equipped with 280 sets of 1.5--3MW wind turbines with a total installed capacity of more than 600,000 kilowatts.
In 2012 , with the annual production of 100,000 tons of German wind power equipment business of Hantong Heavy Industry, more than 20 production lines of NSS five production bases are expected to complete 2000 towers (excluding the basic section) and over 50 sets of offshore wind power jackets. The total output of wind power equipment is 90,000-100,000 tons, further consolidating its leading position in the market segment.
