Shackle scrapping standards:

1. There is obvious permanent deformation or the shaft pin can not rotate freely.

2. The wear amount of the cross-section of the buckle body and the shaft pin is more than 10% of the original size.

3. Any cracks appear on the shackle.

4. The shackle cannot be locked.

5. Unqualified after shackle test.

6. If there is a large area of ​​corrosion or rust on the shackle body and shaft pin, it should be scrapped immediately.
