If there is something accidentally falling into the electrolyte, you must not use metal to fish. Use wood rods to trap impurities. If you use iron wire or copper wire, metal molecules will enter the battery and form self-discharge under the corrosion of sulfuric acid. , And damage the battery.

During charge and discharge of the battery, the water in the electrolyte gradually decreases due to electrolysis and evaporation, resulting in a drop in the electrolyte surface. If it is not supplemented in time, it is possible to shorten the service life of the battery. Distilled water should be added in time, and pure drinking water should not be used instead. Because pure water contains many trace elements, it will have an adverse effect on the battery.
