Phosphorus removal, backward devices, energy saving and consumption reduction

Guizhou Kaisuan Group achieved energy conservation and cleaner production by accelerating the elimination of outdated technologies and devices, continuously improving the technological content and technological level of the devices.
Since the Phosphorus Group's 100,000 tons/year heavy calcium was built and put into operation in 1995, production has been abnormal due to equipment design flaws and lack of management experience. The equipment has not only suffered from serious corrosion damage, but also suffered losses of up to more than 70 million yuan in one year. To this end, the company decided to eliminate obsolete production facilities, change the traditional process of sulfite-based sulfuric acid, use advanced sulfuric acid production process, the finished sulfuric acid power consumption from 910,000 kwh / ton to the current 310,000 Kilowatt-hour/ton, the annual power saving is nearly 60 million kilowatt-hours, and at the same time, the large-scale installation, advanced technology, and intelligent production management are gradually realized. The company also reformed the phosphorus furnace structure and the blending process in the production of yellow phosphorus, and promoted the use of new power-saving technologies such as reactive power compensation, which enabled the comprehensive power consumption of yellow phosphorus products to reach 14,500 kWh/ton, a reduction of about 8%.

Sodium Aluminum Phosphate Anhydrous

Sodium aluminum phosphate anhydrous is a white, odorless powder that is commonly used as a leavening agent in baking. It is a combination of sodium, aluminum, and phosphate ions and is often labeled as "SALP" on ingredient lists. It is used in a variety of food products, including cake mixes, breads, and biscuits, to help them rise and become fluffy. Sodium aluminum phosphate anhydrous is generally recognized as safe by the FDA and is considered a safe ingredient in food. However, it has been linked to health concerns when consumed in large amounts, such as kidney damage and osteoporosis.

Sodium aluminum phosphate anhydrous is a chemical compound with the molecular formula Na3Al3(PO4)4. It is a white crystalline powder that is commonly used as a leavening agent in baking powders and as a stabilizer in food products. It is also used in the production of ceramics, glass, and as a flame retardant. Sodium aluminum phosphate anhydrous is generally recognized as safe (GRAS) by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in food products. However, excessive consumption of this compound may cause gastrointestinal distress and other health issues.
