1. Product Feature
▪ Light weight: the body of valves is made by advanced castiron, which is lighter than normal gate valves about 20%to 30%, and easy to install and maintain.
▪ Flat type brake block: resilient seal gate valve uses the flat design of seat flush with water pipe,not easy to cause deposition of debris.
▪ Overall package adhesive: gate is made of high quality rubber, outsourcing, the whole Europe first-class rubber vulcanization technology make the gate to ensure accurate after vulcanization of geometry size, and rubber and ductile cast gate, then fall off not easily and elastic memory preferred.

Roll Rings

Description: Also called as roll ring or roll collar, there are two types: vertical roll sleeves and horizontal roll sleeves. The roll sleeves mainly produce by centrifugal casting, to ensure better work layer with high wear resistance, and adopt compound materials.

Material: Adamite, high chromium iron, alloy cast iron or as per the customer`s requirement.

Barrel Diameter: 3200mm maximum  

Type: Single rolls, double pouring cast rolls.

Casting: Static casting, centrifugal casting.

Heat treatment: annealing, normalizing, quenching, and tempering.
