Fengshen Tire Technology Reform Project Passed Energy Conservation Audit

Commissioned by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance, experts from relevant departments in Yunnan Province recently went to Fengshen Tire to conduct an ultimate review of the energy conservation of energy-saving technological transformation projects. The audit team confirmed that the Fengshen Tire energy-saving technological transformation project actually obtained energy savings of 12,248.94 tons of standard coal, and obtained a total of more than 3 million yuan in funds from the Ministry of Finance.
With the continuous expansion of Fengshen Tire's tires, energy consumption has also increased, the layout of heating systems is irrational, high-power motors have low energy efficiency, waste heat and residual pressure have not been fully utilized, and other problems have resulted in lower system energy efficiency. To this end, Fengshen Tire has adopted a series of technologies such as optimizing the reform of the high-efficiency deoxygenation station, reusing the radial tire vulcanizer, and optimizing the thermal power system, retrofitting the motor system, reusing the residual heat and pressure, and installing the lighting belt on the house roof. The reform measures have not only achieved the goals of energy saving, energy saving, and water saving, but also greatly improved the company's efficiency.
