European Community Subsidizes Development of CNC Machine Tool Industry

From 2003 to 2015, the European Machine Tool Industry Exhibition (CECIMO) organized the European International Machine Tool Show. At the same time, the Technical Department of the European Machine Tool Industry Cooperation Committee was established to support the research and development of machine tool technology. In order to improve the competitiveness of European manufacturing tomorrow, the European Community has funded the "Next Generation Production Systems" by 25 organizations from 9 countries including the European Machine Tool Association, manufacturers, research institutes, end-users and banks. The next-generation production system project mainly includes the following five items:
