A Brief Analysis of the Import and Export of Braking System Components in June 2011

According to the statistics of import and export provided by the customs, it is edited and compiled by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers. The analysis of the import and export of the components of the steering system in June 2011 is as follows:

1. Export of steering system component products In June 2011, the export value of steering system component products was US$78 million, an increase of 24.58% over the same period of last year.

From January to June, the accumulated export value of the steering system component products was 435 million U.S. dollars, an increase of 37.91% over the same period of last year.

From January to June, the main export countries of steering system component products were: Japan, the United States, Mexico, South Korea, and India.

2. Imports of steering system component products In June 2011, the import amount of steering system component products was US$132 million, an increase of 35.96% over the same period of last year.

From January to June, the accumulated import amount of steering system component products was 759 million U.S. dollars, an increase of 25.67% over the same period of last year.

From January to June, the main importing countries of steering system component products were: Germany, Japan, South Korea, France, and the United States.
