The reporter learned from the West-East Gas Pipeline Company that the domestically-built electric-driving compressor unit not only has great prospects for development in the natural gas pipeline industry, but also has broad prospects for development in defense and science and technology, metallurgy and electric power industries. The domestically-proven 20 MW electric drive compressor unit with dozens of independent innovation achievements has successfully used 7 sets in the east section of the Second West-East Gas Pipeline, the west section of the 3rd West-East Gas Pipeline, and the Shanghai branch line of the Second West-East Gas Pipeline. 19 sets of ferry and branch lines are used, and several sets of domestic LNG projects are used. In the future, they will also be applied in the middle section of the West-East Gas Pipeline, the middle section of the Third Line, the Shanxi-Beijing Fourth Line, and the Sinopec pipeline project. Large-capacity high-voltage inverter devices will also be widely used in high-power wind tunnel test rigs, large-scale oil refining and refining equipment, LNG production equipment, pumped storage, metallurgy and electric power industries and other fields. It plays an important role in adjusting industrial structures and has a promising future. Compared with similar imported units, the procurement cost of the domestic 20 MW electric drive compressor group is at least 10% to 20% lower on average. With the large-scale application and large-scale production of domestic compressors, the cost of procurement will be lower, and the maintenance cost will also be greatly reduced, completely breaking the monopoly situation of high-power, high-speed inverter-driven compressors that have long been dominated by foreign companies. With the acceleration of the follow-up construction of the 3rd West-to-East Gas Pipeline, the West-East Gas Pipeline IV, and the Shanxi-Beijing Fourth Line, the domestic 20 MW-class electric drive compressor group will fully replace imports, and the total output value is expected to exceed RMB 10 billion. The domestic 20-megawatt class electric drive compressor group also boosted the upgrading of China's machinery and electrical equipment manufacturing, power electronics and other industries, effectively promoted the development of national industries, and improved its international competitiveness. Products have been sold to foreign countries in bulk. The 20 MW electric drive compressor set consists of frequency converters, motors, compressors and supporting systems and requires a large amount of supporting equipment. Installation
