Vacuum drying oven operation process

1. Place the material evenly into the baking tray attached to the vacuum oven, insert the baking tray into the drying rack, and push it into the drying box.

2. Close the bleed valve and drain valve, close the box door, and lock the box door with the four locking devices on the box door. Be careful not to tighten the locking device when vacuuming begins, in case the drying is finished. The air oven door does not open.

3. Open the vacuum valve and pump the vacuum. According to the performance of the vacuum pump, the pressure gauge is drawn to the limit value of the vacuum pump.

4. After vacuuming, first close the vacuum valve. If the vacuum valve is not closed, please replace it, then turn off the vacuum pump power.

5, the drying cycle of the material of the Institute, observe at intervals, pressure gauges, thermometers, and changes in the tank to deal with. If the pressure gauge index drops, it means that the water molecules in the vacuum drying oven are heated to generate a large amount of vaporized gas, and the pumping operation can be performed.

6. After the drying is completed, first open the bleed valve and put in the air. When the vacuum gauge pointer drops to 0, open the oven door and take out the material.
