Direct Warping Machine
A-ZEN
direct warping machine is a new-developed machine with advanced function. A brand
new closed circuit tension technology, known as PID technology, is used on
direct warping machine AZ118L type, and because of that, yarn tension stability
and accuracy are both assured. Meanwhile, the computerized real-time monitoring
system can detect beams` diameters in a accurate way.

Judging from the product category, in December, the U.S. orders for metal cutting machine tools were 2,125, and the orders for metal forming machine tools were 192. The consumption of metal cutting machine tools was US$402 million, an increase of 33% from US$302 million in the previous month and a significant increase of 116.5% from US$186 million in December 2009. The consumption of metal forming and manufacturing machines was US$44.98 million, a dramatic increase of 199.4% from US$15.02 million in the previous month and an increase of 37.9% from US$32.62 million in December 2009. From January to December 2010, the consumption of metal cutting machine tools in the United States was US$3.007 billion, a year-on-year increase of 99.1%; the consumption of metal forming and manufacturing machine tools was US$229 million, which was still a 2.9% year-on-year decline.
AMT chairman Douglas K. Woods pointed out: "After the International Manufacturing Technology Exhibition (IMTS), machine tool sales continued to grow for four consecutive months and eventually achieved steady growth at the end of the year. This is the first time in the history of machine tool consumption statistics in the United States. In 2010, the United States Strong growth in machine tool orders, up 85% year-on-year, with a month-on-month increase of 40.9% in December, higher than in the previous months. With the steady increase of orders in hand and the increase in quotations, we are optimistic that the 2011 industry performance will increase. Have good performance."
US machine tool spending increased by 85.3% year-on-year in 2010
On February 14th, the American Manufacturing Technology Association (AMT) and the American Machine Tool Distributors Association (AMTDA) released the latest statistical data on US machine tool spending. From January to December 2010, the cumulative spending of U.S. machine tools was US$3.236 billion, an increase of 85.3% from US$1.746 billion in the same period of 2009. Among them, in December, the number of U.S. machine tool orders was 2,317, an increase of 17.4% over the 1973 of the previous month, an increase of 72.1% over the 1,346 of December 2009, and the total consumption of U.S. machine tools was 447 million U.S. dollars. The $317 million increase was 40.9%, an increase of 104.8% from the $218 million in December 2009.
