The ZT-027 CNC EDM honeycomb grinding machine specially developed by the Suzhou Electric Machine Tool Research Institute for the military industrial enterprise, Shenyang Liming Aero Engine Co., Ltd., has been delivered.
The machine tool is mainly used for the numerical control electric spark grinding of the inner ring of the rectifier of the national 863 project of the heavy-duty gas turbine. The machine has seven-axis CNC and nine-axis display. In addition to the measurement of electrode loss and real-time compensation, it also has an on-machine measurement system that can measure the machining size and accuracy of the workpiece. The maximum diameter of the workpiece can be up to 3000. With a millimeter and a height of up to 2000 mm, the performance meets the requirements of military manufacturing and has been highly praised by Shenyang Liming Company. The machine has created the most domestic electrical processing equipment in terms of tonnage, number of CNC axes, and specifications and complexity of the workpieces being machined.
