The project aims to develop and improve the traceability system for chemical composition measurement, and conducts integrated design from the basis of metrology benchmarks, standard methods, new sources of traceability, high-recovery-level reference materials and key generic technologies, and systematically studies the source structure of chemical traceability resources. Carry out research on benchmarking standards for high traceable levels, develop precious metal purity reference materials, organic pure material purity reference materials, quantitative nuclear magnetic internal standard materials, and high-level elemental calibration solution reference materials, and adopt new methods for the preparation and preservation of common substances. To promote the standardization of R&D and application of high-level reference materials. The project is implemented in four sub-topics, including: research on key inorganic and quantitative property measurement technology and baseline standards, research on purity measurement of precious metals and metal oxides, research on accurate measurement of key impurities in organic pure substances, and research on key common technologies for standard substances. application.
The consulting experts listened carefully to the report and focused on the questions and suggestions for the assessment of the expected technical indicators, project coordination and management support, and the promotion and application of project results. The project is expected to establish a number of high-grade reference materials with advanced international standards such as high-purity substances, element calibration solutions and quantitative nuclear magnetic internal standards, which will fill the gaps in the source of measurement of chemical composition in China, and will promote the development of relevant benchmark standards in China. This will enable relevant measurement capabilities to be implemented in parallel with some of the metrology institutes in developed countries. The popularization and application of research results will also help improve China's chemical composition measurement benchmark standard system, improve the overall measurement of chemical composition, and serve the strategy of China's quality power.
