Dithiocarbamate Salts Accelerator
Dithiocarbamate accelerators are acidic accelerators with high activity and are known as super accelerators. Generally used for fast vulcanization and low temperature vulcanization products. Among them, ammonium dithiocarbamate, sodium and potassium are water-soluble promoters, and are mostly used as vulcanization accelerators for latex products. The catalytic activity of zinc dithiocarbamate is lower than that of ammonium salts, and it has a certain degree in dry rubber compounds. The safety of the operation is strongly activated by the ammonium, sodium and potassium dithiocarbamate accelerators in thiazoles, thiurams and latexes, and is the most commonly used dithiocarbamate accelerator.

Iron Mineral Recovery in Iron Tailings - Bengang Nanfen Concentrator
Mineral Processing Plant Design raw ore 10 million t, tailings containing iron grade typically 7% to 9%, about 12% of the total concentration of the tailings discharge. The iron minerals in the tailings are mainly magnetite, followed by pyrite and hematite; the gangue minerals are mainly quartz , amphibole, tremolite , epidote, mica and calcite . The iron phase analysis of tailings is shown in Table 1.
Table 1 shows that in the tailings of Nanfen Concentrator, except for SiO2, the TFe is 8.60%, while the iron content of iron mineral in the state of magnetic iron is 7.41%, accounting for 86.16% of the total iron, and the iron distribution rate is -0.125mm. 95.16%.

The tailings re-election process of Nanfen Concentrator was put into production operation in November 1993. The tailings re-election plant selects the HS recovery magnetic separator and the re-grinding and fine-graining and self-circulating weak magnetic separation process to recover the iron minerals in the tailings. The process flow is shown in Figure 1. Practice shows that this process can be obtained grade of 64.53%, sulfur recovery rate of 7.56% of low phosphorous iron ore, tailings treatment from 1994 to 1995, 2.25 million t, iron concentrate 86 000 t, a benefit 1032 More than 10,000 yuan.
