In the next half year of commissioning, engineers and technicians carried out investigations on production devices and timely improved equipment such as polymerizers, centrifugal separators, wash water jackets, and recovery towers, and solved more than a dozen technical problems in succession, resulting in salt formation and polymerization reactions. The time was shortened from more than 20 hours to 12 hours, and the recovery of the solvent was realized by the continuous distillation method, the production efficiency was greatly improved, and the product quality was steadily increased. Compared with the domestic polysulfone generation product, the production line features low pollution, stable quality, and high efficiency. The wastewater discharge volume is less than 1/10 of the previous one. Liu Zuozhen stated that at present, the price of Huachang polysulfone products is much lower than that of imported products. Taking into account the actual needs of domestic customers, they are currently developing polysulphone blend pellets, introduced series of products, tailor-made products for different merchants.
