I. Location: Located at 7km northeast of Dongxiang County in Jiangxi Province, there is highway and railway line from there 6.5km connected with the Zhejiang-Jiangxi Road.

Second, the history of plant: Dongxiang copper mine was founded in 1958, the former steel plant Dongxiang mining plant, copper ore found in the iron mining process. Only iron ore processing 1973, 1973 produced by the transferred non-ferrous metallurgical Nanchang Design Institute 2000t new processing plant, wherein the iron system 800t / d, Cu systems 1200t / d. After 1979, the iron production was completed and transferred to copper production. However, the mining conditions were poor, and the ore supply capacity could only reach 550t/d. A feasibility study for the development of the Western District is currently underway.

3. Ore characteristics: The mine is a comprehensive deposit of copper, iron, sulfur and tungsten mainly composed of medium and low temperature hydrothermal filling. There are 6 copper ore bodies and 5 sulphur bodies in the deposit. There are 4 iron ore bodies and 8 tungsten ore bodies. The spatial distribution of the ore body is tungsten, iron, secondary enriched copper and primary enriched copper from top to bottom.

The main ore types are Hui (plaque) copper pyrite, brass pyrite, and copper-containing colloidal pyrite.

The main copper minerals are chalcopyrite, porphyrite, chalcopyrite, followed by copper, cyanite, cuprite, cholesteric, azurite, beryllium ore, etc. Other metal minerals mainly include pyrite. , colloidal pyrite, followed by pyrite, hematite, limonite. The main gangue minerals are quartz, kaolin, pyrophyllite, chlorite, sericite, calcite, muscovite and small amounts of carbon-based mineral acid. The mineralized surrounding rocks mainly include sandstone , shale and sand shale, followed by granite porphyry, tectonic breccia and a small amount of sericite.

Therefore, the production of the plant is relatively passive.

Since the launch of the production, the design institute and the mine have done a lot of transformation work. In recent years, the production has become more stable, the process is basically smooth, and the equipment accidents are reduced. Generally, the daily processing capacity of 600t/d can be guaranteed. If it is required to reach 1000t/d or higher. Capacity must be further updated. At present, the crushing production capacity is 100t/h, the crushing particle size is 20~25mm, and the two crushing systems are rotated. In order to make the final crushing particle size reach -15mm, we will now change the secondary washing and crushing into two washing and three-stage crushing. , add a Φ1520 hydraulic cone crusher . The capacity of grinding time is generally less than 25t. Due to the coarse grain size, the over-grinding and under-grinding phenomena are serious. In order to adapt to the ore properties, it is proposed to change one section of grinding to two-stage grinding (rough grinding and re-grinding). Grinding or refining and grinding). Priority flotation converts a rough selection operation to a butyl ammonium black drug to improve the concentrate grade.

The final product of the mine is copper concentrate, sulfur concentrate, and silver can reach the pricing standard in copper concentrate. The copper concentrate is sold to the Guixi smelting plant of the company, and the users of the sulfur concentrate are changeable. The province and the provinces of Zhejiang, Hubei and Ning have sales points.

XI. Tailings facilities: There are bird stone source, Dongtangyuan and Yayuanlong in the tailings storage of the plant. The storage capacity is 2 million m 3 , 1.4 million m 3 and 4.48 million m 3 respectively . Now we use the bird source library, the maximum storage capacity is up to 3.2 million m 3 , and the storage capacity is now 1.2 million m 3 . According to the processing capacity of 200,000 t / y, it can also serve 11 years. The investment is 8.292 million yuan.

The tailings reservoir dam is a homogeneous earth dam with an outer slope of 1:3, a dam height of 15m and a dam length of 150m. The dam is artificially stacked with a 1:5 slope in the tailings deposited in front of the dam. With loess, the production of underground waste rock is used.

The tailings are sent to the collecting well with a Waman pump at a time, with an elevation of 70m and a length of 345m, and then flow from the open channel to the tailings dam head. The concentration of tailings is 15%-20%, and it is discharged by dispersing pipes. The coarse and fine grains are naturally graded, and the annual discharge is about 90 to 1 million tons. The tailings backwater is pumped to the plant at an absolute elevation of 93m or less. Above this elevation, it flows through the overflow well to a tunnel with a section of about 2m 2 to the plant. The return water usage is above 50%. The discharge channel is discharged.

The underground acidic water containing Cu ++ greater than 50mg/L is sent to the replacement tank, the sponge copper is recovered, the replacement tail water and the low Cu ++ acidic water are sent to the tailings pond to neutralize the tailings water to prevent calcium formation in the pipeline.

Twelve, the investment effect: the total investment of the enterprise is 48.23 million yuan, and the investment in the mineral processing part is 23.57 million yuan. The original value of fixed assets of the enterprise was 40.42 million yuan and the net value was 34.77 million yuan. The main benefit indicators of the concentrator are shown in Table 8.
