For another example, in terms of import and export structure, since the level and capability of China's mold design and manufacturing cannot meet market requirements, a large number of molds are imported every year, especially high-end products. In 2006, import and export stamping dies were priced at US$14,913/t and US$5,869/t respectively, and imports were much higher than exports. For plastics and rubber dies, 413,715 and 1,127,772 were imported and exported in 2006, respectively. The export volume is far greater than the import volume, but the unit price varies greatly: the import price is US$2532 per unit, the export price is US$602 per unit, a difference of four times. Although the export volume is three times that of the import volume, the total amount is still lower than the import volume. . It shows that we are still importing large quantities of high-grade molds, but we are mainly exporting medium and low-end products. Therefore, in the long run, the rationalization of imports and exports should be to continuously expand exports, reduce imports, and export more than imports. The need for government support for the construction of the mold industry park Because of the characteristics that the mold product itself needs supporting development, many mold industry parks have appeared in some parts of the country in recent years, which has aroused everyone's attention.
