On the basis of comprehensively combing and researching the electric vehicle standards in China and the world, the research puts forward the development strategy and medium and long-term standard system planning of electric vehicle technical standards in China, in the general safety of electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles, electric Organized and participated in the compilation and revision of a number of important standards for vehicle energy consumption and electric vehicle power batteries and drive motors. In particular, a lot of research work has been carried out on the safety of electric vehicles, battery safety and performance. A total of 15 electric vehicle standard approval drafts, 2 draft standards, 1 standard draft for review, and international standards for electric vehicles have been completed. The exchange and cooperation of laws and regulations provided four international standards and regulations to international organizations.
The project also studied the roadmap for the standardization of electric vehicles in China, comprehensively summarized the development history of electric vehicles in China, and proposed the specific goals and plans for the standardization of electric vehicles in China in the four stages of emergency, short-term, medium-term and long-term.
